Software Programmer

Xcitex is looking for a talented C++/.NET programmer for our product engineering group. The candidate will develop software that allows users to extract, analyze and capture motion using specialized video cameras.

The candidate should have a working knowledge of image and video handling within Windows using Microsoft Visual Studio 2003/2005 and/or .NET (DirectX) framework. Candidate should have some experience interfacing with hardware (e.g. cameras, frame grabbers, USB devices, data acquisition systems, etc.) using APIs and libraries. This position will require a self-motivated performer that can work in a small, energetic company.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

· Familiarity with Visual Studio 6 and .NET development environments
· Experience with .NET programming
· Experience with integrating hardware with well-defined API’s.
· User interface experience in a Windows environment
· BS/MS Computer Science or similar

Senior Software Programmer / Product Manager

Xcitex is looking for a top performing C++/.NET programmer to join our engineering group. The candidate will champion product development and technical expansion of one of our key product lines that allows users to capture motion using high-speed video cameras.

The candidate should be a technical leader and have a working knowledge of camera integration and control. Prior technical experience in the motion capture industry – whether in gaming or industrial environments – is a major advantage. Experience working with National Instruments hardware, including high-end data acquisition cards, is also an advantage.

Xcitex products work on Windows platforms. Experience handling videos and data files using Microsoft .NET under DirectX is required. This position will require a self-motivated, detail-oriented performer that can work in a small, energetic scientific company. Good math skills are a benefit.

· 5-10 years experience

Xcitex is looking for a marketing communications specialist to be responsible for designing, creating and delivering marketing program to support our company’s product growth.

Software GUI and Interface Programmer

Xcitex is looking for a GUI programmer to join our product engineering group. Most Xcitex software packages are based on Visual Studio 6.0 and .NET architectures on traditional Windows platforms, so the ideal candidate has experience with both MFC and .NET strategies. This position will be responsible for the entire user experience, from software installation to first use/registration, human factors interaction and help screen navigation. Experience with localization and internationalization of applications is a strong advantage.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

· Experience with MFC, C++ and .NET
· Experience with VS6.0 and/or.NET programming
· BS/MS Computer Science or similar
